摘要
森林资源和生态系统的可持续性发展可以带来巨大的生态环境效益、社会效益、经济效益。人工CO2减排林工程的实施对调节气候起着重要作用。本研究一方面通过实地调查和取样检验,分析了影响克拉玛依人工CO2减排林工程实施的多项因素。结果表明,近几年克拉玛依人工CO2减排林由于自然环境、病虫害等灾害的影响,树木死亡比较严重,严重制约了其功能的正常发挥。另一方面基于森林生态工程体系理论与方法,将可持续发展的理念深入到森林生态工程规划、建设的各个层面,对克拉玛依人工CO2减排林的可持续发展状况进行分析评价,构建出适合克拉玛依人工CO2减排林可持续发展的生态工程模式。
Sustainability of forest resources and ecosystem can bring significant environmental, social and economic benefits. Construction of carbon-dioxide-capture forests plays an important role in regulating cli mate. Based on the experimental data through field investigation and sample analysis in recent years, this paper analyzed the factors which affected the implementation of carbon-dioxide-capture forest project. It was found that the trees of Karamay carbon-dioxide-capture forest was seriously dead, due to pests, envi- ronment, and other disasters, which seriously hampered its normal function. On the other hand, the paper applid the theory of sustainable development in forest ecosystem project planning and construction combining with the theory and method of forest ecological engineering system, to analyze and evaluate the sustainable development condition of Karamay carbon emission reduction forest, and to construct a suitable ecological engineering model.
