摘要
目的比较高速涡轮钻法与传统凿骨劈冠法在下颌阻生智齿拔除中的临床疗效。方法将我院收治的160例下颌阻生智齿随机分成2组。一组采用高速涡轮钻法(试验组,82例),另一组采用传统凿骨劈冠法(对照组,78例)。统计2组手术时间,观察患者术后疼痛程度、张口受限、颞下颌关节功能紊乱及干槽症发生情况。结果试验组手术时间、患者术后疼痛程度、颞下颌关节功能紊乱、张口受限及干槽症的发生率均小于对照组,两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论高速涡轮钻法拔除下颌阻生智齿能显著缩短手术时间,减轻患者术后并发症,有效预防牙科恐惧症的产生,临床疗效明显优于凿骨劈冠法。
Objective To compare the effects of high-speed air-turbine drill and traditional chisel technique in removal of impacted mandibular third molars, and to evaluate the superiority of the high-speed air-turbine drill. Methods A total of 160 impacted mandibular third molars to be extracted were randomly assigned to two treatment groups:one group(test group)re- ceived high-speed air-turbine drill,while the other (control group)received traditional chisel technique. Then both the duration of the extraction and complications were observed and compared. Results The data showed that duration of extraction of the test group was shorter than the control group(P〈0.01 ). The oeeurenee of postoperational complications had statistical differences between the two groups,the test group being apparently fewer than the control group. Conclusion Compared with traditional chisel technique ,high-speed air-turbine drill can efficiently cut down duration of extraction with minor wound,reduce the inci- dence of postoperational reaction, prevent dental fear, therefore it is recommendable in clinical practice.
