摘要
本文主要研究建设项目工程造价的全过程控制,通过对决策阶段、设计阶段、投标阶段、施工阶段和竣工阶段进行剖析,找出影响建设项目工程造价的因素并寻求解决的办法.
This paper mainly research on the control of whole process of project cost. According to analysis of decisive period, design period, bidding period, construction period and finished pe- riod, the author finds outthereasonsofeffectingprojectcost and its resolution.
