催化剂V-SBA-15催化氧化苯乙烯制备苯甲醛的工艺研究 被引量:2

摘要 以介孔分子筛SBA-15为载体,采用后负载法制备出催化剂V-SBA-15,并以双氧水为氧化剂,丙酮为溶剂,对V-SBA-15催化氧化苯乙烯制苯甲醛的工艺条件进行了研究。结果表明,当钒负载量低于15%时,V-SBA-15仍保持了SBA-15高度有序的二维六方结构,具有较大的比表面积和孔体积;在V-SBA-15的钒负载量为10%,n(苯乙烯):n(双氧水):n(丙酮)为1:3:2,反应温度为70℃,反应时间为6 h的最优条件下,苯乙烯转化率为65.62%,苯甲醛选择性为81.21%,苯甲醛收率为53.29%。 The catalyst V -SBA -15 was pre- pared by impregnation method and with mesoporous molecular sieve SBA - 15 as carrier. The process condition of V - SBA - 15 catalytically oxidizing sty- rene to prepare benzaldehyde was studied by using H202 as oxidant and acetone as solvent. The results showed that when the loading level of Vanadium was below 15% , the V - SBA - 15 still remained the highly ordered two -dimensional hexagonal structure of SBA - 15 and have larger specific surface areaand pore volume. Under the optimal condition of loading level of Vanadium 10% , n (styrene) : n( hydrogen peroxide) : n ( acetone ) 1 : 3 : 2, reaction temperature 70 ~C, reaction time 6 h, the conversion of styrene and the selectivity and yield of benzalde- hyde were 65.62% ,81.21% and 53.29% respectively.
