系统分析莱钢炼钢厂老区LF炉电极消耗机理,通过选择合理供电参数、优化造渣制度、建立精准底吹氩模式、设计新型电极拧紧扳手等有效措施,大幅度降低了精炼电极消耗,确保了精炼钢生产稳定顺行。
Systematic analysis on the electrode waste mechanism of LF furnace in the steelmaking plant of Laigang was carried cut, by selecting the reasonable power supply parameters, optimizing the slagging process, setting up the accurate bottom blowing argon mode and designing the new style electrode tightening spanner etal, the refining electrode waste was reduced substantially, and the stable and smooth production of refining steel was ensured.
