摘要
从技术嵌入的角度对旅行社服务体系的开发进行探索。分析了旅行社服务体系开发研究的背景,以综述的方式总结出旅行社服务体系的业务流程与功能,并对旅行社的技术需求及其结构进行了详细说明,最后对嵌入的流程、原则进行了探讨。
This research probes into the travel agency service system development from the technical inserting angle. This paper analyzes the background of the research, summarizes the process and the function of the travel agency service system by the literature reviews, and specifies the technical demand and structure of travel agency. Finally the inserting process and the principle have also been discussed.
