摘要
树突状细胞(DC)是目前已知的体内功能最强大的专职抗原递呈细胞,能诱导免疫应答的产生,同时在诱导移植免疫耐受调节中也起着重要的生物学作用。目前,DC诱导移植免疫耐受的作用已成为研究热点,并提出耐受性DC的概念。现就耐受性DC的体内迁移过程、体外获得以及在分子机制等方面进行综合分析,为进一步理解和研究耐受性DC在移植免疫反应中的作用奠定基础。
Dendritic cells(DC) have been known as the most powerful special antigen presenting cells in the body so far,which can induce the generation of immune response,and at the same time is also playing an important biological role in inducing the regulation of transplantation tolerance. At present, the role of DC in inducing transplant immune tolerance has become a hot spot of research, and the concept of to]erogenic DC has been put forward. Here is to make a comprehensive analysis on the in vivo transfer, in vitro obtaining and the advanced molecular mechanism of tolerogenic DC, in order to further study and understand its role in transplantation immune.
