摘要
目前浅海试油以联作试油工艺为主,其中TCP+STV+JET联作试油工艺以其全通径、高效率、快节奏的施工特点及其对直井、大斜度井、酸化压裂措施井等不同井况有较好的适应性的特点,被广泛应用于浅海海洋试油现场。通过TCP+STV+JET工艺涉及井下工具、典型TCP+STV+JET联作测试管柱结构、适用于海洋作业平台的地面计量流程及TCP+STV+JET联作试油技术在"中油海"试油现场应用情况,说明该工艺在海洋试油中优缺点,特别是针对该工艺在使用过程中存在问题进行了发掘和分析,通过相关现场应用案例结合现存问题,提出相应的解决对策。
At present,oil test in shallow sea gives priority to be combined oil test tech ,in which the TCP + STV + JET combined oil test technology is widely used in shallow water oil field because of operating features of its full size,high efficiency,fast construction and its better adaptability to different well conditions of vertical well,high-angle well,acidizing and fracturing wells.Through introduction of the TCP + STV + JET process involving the down-hole tools,structure of typical TCP + STV + JET combination testing string,surface measurement process suitable for marine platform ground and field application of the combined oil test tech,advantages and disadvantages of the oil test technology in offshore are introduced,especially problem existence in the use of the process is explored and analyzed.By the relevant field application case and combining with the existing problems,the corresponding countermeasures are put forward.
