摘要
对于部分江河的洪泛区,尤其是在一些无任何防洪排涝设施的地区。汛期如遇一般性洪水,则该地区的大片农田及大部分村庄就会被浸淹。故在部分特殊江河地区的岸边修建防洪堤,对保护该地区的人民群众及其财产安全具有重要意义。以海南省海口市龙塘镇至龙泉镇防洪堤为例,对该段防洪堤型进行了方案比选,最终提出钢筋混凝土防洪墙与土堤结合的防洪堤型式为最优最合理的设计方案。
For some flood storage of the rivers, especially in some without any flood and drainingwa- terlogging facilities in the region. Flood season in case of general flood, the area of farmland and most of the village will be inundated. So in some special on the Banks of rivers region, to build levees pro-tect the region＇s people and property safety is of great significance. In this paper, for the Longtang Town and Longquan Town of Haikou city in Hainan province as an example, the levees about section of the flood of the alternative schemes. The paper puts forward concrete wall and soil with flood con- trol dam the levees for the best type of the most reasonable design scheme.
