摘要
大风浪下水面船舶遇险后,救助船舶受风浪运动很难实现快速、高效、准确向遇险船舶抛缆,导致延误有效救助时间.为此,本文提出一种稳定性好、快速性好、可靠性高的水面机器人来实现高海况遇险船舶和救助船舶之间的安全带缆,为解决当前高海况救助难题提供一种策略.
To solve the problem that the salvage vessel can hardly heave line to the distressed ship in heavy sea state exactly,effectively and fastly,thereby inducing the rescue time delay,a surface vehicle with good stability,speed ability and reliability heaving line from the salvage vessel to ship in distress in the bad environment is presented,which gives a new and effect way to solve ship salvage in high sea state.
