摘要
在知识创新与知识经济时代,企业对于员工激励的制度体系的构建难度更大、要求更高。因此,分析基于知识创新的大型园林企业激励体系构建的目的及其应遵循的基本原则,探讨基于知识创新的大型园林企业激励体系的具体构成与总体结构,就具有突出的理论意义与实际意义。企业的激励体系由企业文化、经营者能力与人际关系、企业经营管理、工作设置、薪酬管理和员工发展6部分组成。
In the knowledge innovation and knowledge economy era, the establishment of enterprise's incentive system for employees faces greater difficulties and higher requirements. Thus, it is of outstanding theoretical and practical significance to analyze the goal and basic principles of establishment and the specific makeup and overall structure of the incentive system of large landscape enterprises based on knowledge innovation. The incentive system of enterprise is formed with the six aspects of enterprise culture, proprietor's ability and interpersonal relationships, enterprise operation and management, work setting-up, salary management, and employee development.
