摘要
目的探讨女性生殖道感染的基本现状。方法选取近2年的门诊患者100例,年龄在18～60岁之间,职业随机,进行正常的妇科检查及各项实验室和临床检查,观察检验结果,得出相关结论。结果观察组中细菌源性的生殖感染占49.0%,真菌的生殖感染占37.0%,滴虫源性的占6.0%,其余为其它病原体的感染,混合感染也占一定的比重。结论妇科炎症性疾病对女性健康造成很大的影响,要掌握好生殖道感染的检查方法,以进行良好的预防及治疗。
Objective To understand the basic situation of female genital tract infection of female genital tract infection;Methods nearly two years in patients in the outpatient department of 100 people,at the age of 18 to 60 years between occupation,normal gynecologic examination and various laboratory and clinical examination,to observe the inspection result,reach relevant conclusion. Results in the observation group bacteria derived germ infection accounted for 49.0%,fungus,Candida albicans is a major source of genital infection accounted for 37.0%,trichomonas derived accounted for 6.0%,the remaining for other pathogen infection,also account for a certain proportion of mixed infection.Conclusion gynecological inflammatory diseases of female health caused great influence,have a good grasp of genital tract infection screening method,with good prevention and treatment.
