摘要
目的:对基层医院中药饮片存在的质量问题提出改进意见和建议,保障用药安全。方法:通过走访调查,结合药房实际工作,分析导致基层医院中药饮片质量较低的原因,并提出防范对策。结果:基层医院中药饮片质量存在的问题有人为养护不到位、管理不完善、药渣入药、药材污染、炮制不当等。结论:严格出入库制度、加强监督检查力度、完善质量管理制度等措施可以有效提高中药饮片的质量。
OBJECTIVE： To put forward advice and recommendations on the quality of TCM decoction pieces in primary hospitals to guarantee the safety of drug use. METHODS： Through interview survey, based on the practical work of pharmacy, reasons for the low quality of TCM decoction pieces in primary hospital were analyzed to propose preventive measures. RESULTS： The quality problems of TCM decoction pieces in primary hospital were as follows： lacking qualified technical personnel, inadequate hu- man maintenance, poor management, the dregs being used as medicine, medicinal material pollution and improper processing. CONCLUSION： The quality of TCM decoction piece can be effectively improved by promoting the professional quality of employees, strengthening out and in of warehouse system, enhancing supervision and inspection and improving the quality management system.
