摘要
拖延是个体未能完成应该实现的任务目标的行为表现,影响人类社会的健康幸福发展。本文主要从认知、情绪、动机和行为等角度来阐述拖延的干预方法,并且指出以往研究的不足以及对未来的展望。
Procrastination is the behavior of an individual who fail to complete the mission, it affects the development of the health and the happiness of the human society. This article explains the intervention of the procrastination from the cognitive, emotional, motivational and behavioral views, and predicts the shortcoming of previous studies and future research directions .
