该文通过分析技术水平对安全的影响、技术层面对安全生产的影响、技术装备对安全生产的影响、管理因素对安全生产的影响、职工培训对安全生产的影响,得出实现本质安全型矿井。根本要靠深化技术研究和提高装备水平;并要保证有过硬的高素质职工队伍,并辅之以科学的管理手段。
Security implications of technology to the current mining technology can only prevent some incidents but not governance, the need tor technical personnel with an open mind to accept the advanced experience of technological breakthroughs to improve the technical means to ensure safety in production. For coal mine accidents attributed to the tendency of management, technical aspects of the iMPact on safety, technology and equipment for safety production, management, the iMPact of factors on safety, staff training on safety production, come to rely on deepening the fundamental technology research and improve the level of equipment; and to ensure a perfect high - quality workforce, supported by scientific management methods, be achieved in trinsically safe mine.
