摘要
目的:探讨急诊室严重胸腹外伤的急救与护理,以提高抢救成功率,防止并发症的出现。方法:院急诊科在2003年2月～2011年8月共收治严重胸腹联合外伤患者117例,对患者实施完善的急救护理,积极配合医生的抢救措施。结果:本组患者治愈出院99例、转院2例、死亡8例、自动出院8例;无因护理不当导致患者死亡或出现并发症。结论:系统完善的急救与护理措施能有效提高抢救成功率、防止并发症的发生。
Objective：To explore the emergency room with severe thoracic and abdominal trauma first aid and nursing,in order to improve the success rate of rescue,prevention of complications.Methods：the hospital emergency department in 2003 February to 2011 August were severe thoraco-abdominal trauma patients in 117 cases of patients,improve the implementation of the emergency care,actively cooperate with medical treatment.Results：in this group of patients were cured and discharged in 99 cases,2 cases,8 cases of death transfer,automatic discharge in 8 cases;without due to improper care lead to death or complications.Conclusion：the system improve the first aid and nursing measures can effectively improve the success rate of rescue,prevention of complications.
