摘要
应用EMAS(Electronic MagneticFieldAnalysisSystem)和DUEMAS软件对偏转磁芯材料的磁导率对偏转系统的影响进行了计算分析。计算结果表明 ,当磁性材料的相对磁导率大于 30 0时 ,磁导率对偏转电流的影响小于 0 6 % ,对磁滞损耗的影响小于 1% ,因此在磁性材料的选择中不必过分要求高的磁导率 ,而应在降低磁滞损耗上努力。
Influence of the permeability of the deflection core on the deflection system used in picture tubes was evaluated analytically using one commercial available software,electronic magnetic field analysis system(EMAS)and lab developed software called DUEMAS.The results show that when the relative permeability of a magnetic material is higher than 300,possible changes in deflection current,less than 0 6% at most,can only induces 1% variation in hysteresis loss.We suggest that efforts should focus on developing low hysteresis loss density rather than high permeability materials to reduce deflection power loss.
