摘要
采用DTA、XRD等手段 ,通过对玻璃粉进行晶化处理 ,使其成为含有一定量白榴石晶体的瓷粉 ,使热膨胀系数提高到 1 1 .43× 1 0 - 6/℃与钛合金的热膨胀系数 ( 1 1 .5× 1 0 - 6/℃ )相适应 ;研制出性能符合临床应用要求的烤瓷样品。
Glass powders is partly crystallized by the DTA and XRD method to produceceramics powders with a certain amount of leucite. The heat expansion coefficient is increased to 11.43×10 6 /℃ and adaptive with titanic alloy metal's(11.5×10 6 /℃).Baked ceramics sample is prepared and its performance is up to the clinic requirements.
