摘要
采用《国际大学调查问卷》和《就业压力量表》对442名大学毕业生进行调查研究,探讨大学毕业生就业压力与主观幸福感之间的关系,结果表明:①男女生在主观幸福感及其各维度上不存在差异,在就业压力上存在显著差异(t=-1·687,p<0·05);②二本院校的大学毕业生在求职竞争压力(t=-3·370,p<0·01)和专业供求矛盾(t=-2·839,p<0·01)这两个维度上与一本院校的毕业生存在显著差异;③就业压力和主观幸福感各维度存在显著的相关(p<0·01),并对其有一定的预测作用(R2=0·166,p<0·01)。
To explore the relationship between Subjective well-being and Employment Pressure of University Graduates,442 university graduates were measured by questionnaires of Subjective Well-being Scale and Employment Pressure scale.The results are as followings:(1)The significant sex difference in Subjective well-being was not found,but there was a significant difference of employment pressure in sex(t=-1.687,p0.05).(2)There was a significant difference between college graduates and academy graduates in the competiton pressure in the employment(t=-3.370,p0.01)and the disparity between supply and demand(t=-2.839,p0.01).(3) There was a close relation between subjective well-being and employment pressure(p0.01),and employment pressure had predictive power to subjective well-being(R2=0.166,p0.01).
