摘要
随着经济社会的发展,社会的分工越来越精细化,为适应这种变化,各行各业都在进行专业化建设,都在建立具有本行业特色的职称制度。监狱系统传统的"大一统"职称评审体系,只能对部分专业岗位进行评审,且评聘分离,而大量的从事监管矫正工作的监狱警察则被拒在职称评审的门外,职称评审在中国监狱系统当中应有的作用没有得到充分发挥。因此,借鉴西方经验,在中国监狱系统设立矫正师职称,建立矫正师职称评审体系就显得非常必要。
With the economic and social development,Social labor division more and more refinement,to adapt to this change,businesses are conducting professional development and establishing the title system of the industry characteristics.Looking at the inter- national,to adapt to the reform of the national judicial system,professional development of prison policemen is imperative,so the construction of title system of the prison system has become necessary to explore,the traditional ＂monolithic＂ title evaluation system of Prison system,Only part of the assessment of professional positions,and Employment for the separation,And a lot of prison policemen engage in supervision and correction is rejected outside review of the tide,the effect of the tide assessment has not work completely.Thus,Using Western experience,the establishment of title system of therapists,established therapists evaluation system of the title is very necessary.
