摘要
石油资源的日益匮乏以及二氧化碳排放所带来的环境问题,已使得二氧化碳的资源化利用受到广泛关注。等离子体技术被认为是CH4-CO2重整的有效技术手段之一。综述和分析了各种利用冷等离子体和热等离子体CH4-CO2重整研究成果。从目前的研究现状来看,具有高热焓值、高等离子体温度和高电子密度的热等离子体,因为具有原料气处理量大、工艺过程易放大、无需催化剂和能效相对较高等优势,只要进一步优化工艺、提高其能量转化效率,在CH4-CO2重整中将具有很好的工业应用前景。
Due to decrease of oil reserves and environmental problems caused by CO2 emission,the resource utilization of CO2 has been paid much attention.Plasma technology was considered to be one of potential ways for CO2 reforming of CH4.An overview of CO2 reforming of CH4 by different cold plasmas and thermal plasmas was presented.The thermal plasma with high specific enthalpy content,high temperature and high electron density could be better for the process of CO2 reforming of CH4 to syngas because of its advantages of large treatment capacity,easy scaling-up,not requiring catalyst and relatively high energy conversion efficiency and has potential for application in industrial production by further optimizing process and improving energy efficiency.
