摘要
摘要聚丙烯腈预氧化丝截面的图象分析包括图象预处理、边界及参数检测.图象预处理利用腐蚀、膨胀运算和等幂性原理来实现;边界检测采用统计法;参数检测采用设置动态窗口分别计算鞘层和芯层面积比值、当量直径、长轴和短轴等值.本文的研究工作是在ARIES-Ⅲ图象处理和分析系统上进行的,是该系统的应用开发研究成果.
Image analyses of polyacrylonitrile pre-oxidated yarn consists of image pre-processing, edge and parameter detection.
Image pre-processing can be implemented with erosion operation, dilation operation and idempotence. The edge detection can be made by using a statistical method. This paper also describes how to design a dynamic window, to calculate the areas rate of skin and core of polyacrylonitrile pre-oxidated yarn, and to measure the maximal and minimal diameters of polyacrylonitrile yarn.
