Improvement of Sealing Performance in Oil Pan of Diesel Engine with Dynamic Load

摘要 油底壳的作用是封闭曲轴箱作为贮油槽的外壳,防止杂质进入,并收集和储存由柴油机各摩擦表面流回的润滑油,散去部分热量,防止润滑油氧化,所以提高其密封性能是极为重要的。利用非线性有限元分析软件Abaqus对等效冲击载荷作用下油底壳的密封性能进行分析,通过施以螺栓预紧力和传动轴的惯性冲击作用,得到其应力分布和密封面闭合量分布关系。根据初始设计件中存在的闭合量较大的问题,对结构进行局部壁面加厚和壁面加筋改进,并通过数值模拟对改进方案的效果进行验证,得到密封性能能够满足要求的改进方案。 The role of oil pan of diesel engine is to close the crankcase and use as storage tank shell. It also could prevent the impurities mixed with oil, collect and store the lubricatin~ oil fiowin~ back from each friction surface of diesel engine. Some heat energy is cooling through oil pan and the oxidation of lubricating oil could be prevented. So it is very important to improve the sealing performance of oil pan. Sealing performance of oil pan with the equivalent impact load was analyzed by Abaqus software. Distribution of stress and closed volume in sealing face were calculated with the bolt preload and inertial impact load of shaft. The improvement methods of wall thickening and wall reinforcement were used to solve the large closed volume problem in original structure. The improved effects were verified by numerical simulation and the program that could satisfy the requirement was determined.
