摘要
目的:探讨紫杉醇(PTX)在妇科肿瘤化疗中的作用与疗效。方法:查阅了近年来的有关文献,整理紫杉醇在妇科肿瘤化疗方面的研究成果,为该药的深入研究和临床应用提供参考。结果:紫杉醇主要通过防止多聚化过程使微管稳定化而抑制微管网的正常重组,从而抑制有丝分裂,导致细胞死亡而发挥抗肿瘤作用。结论:紫杉醇对卵巢癌有明显的疗效,对宫颈癌和子宫内膜癌等也有一定的疗效。
Objective： The role and efficacy of Paclitaxel （PTX） in gynecological tumors in chemotherapy .Methods： It is reviewed the literature in recent years, finishing paclitaxel chemotherapy in gynecological cancer research area for drug research and clinical application of in-depth reference. Results ： Taxol mainly by preventing the process of the poly stabilize microtubules and inhibit the normal reorganization of the microtubule network, thereby inhibiting mitosis, leading to cell death play an anti-tumor effect. Conclusion ： Paclitaxel in ovarian cancer have a siznificant effect on cervical cancer and endometrial cancer, also have a certain effect.
