摘要
本文作者根据上海某纺织机械厂进行成组加工车间设计的要求,提出了一种计算机辅助成组加工车间生产单元设计的新方法。该方法的特点是,按零件的工艺顺序,优化确定各成组生产单元机床设备的种类及排列顺序,并采用正交设计方法,优化组合成组加工车间的生产单元,取得了很好的效果。
This paper deals with a new method of computer aided group production unit design based on the requirement of a textile machinery factory in Shanghai. The features of the method are optimally determining the configuration and order of the machine according to the process, and applying the method of orthogonal design to combine the production unit. Using this method, a good result has been obtained.
