摘要
通过研究创新型城市建设成功案例,分析了由城市创新形成创新型城市的条件及各形成阶段特征,提出了只有具备了创新要素聚集、创新能力提高、创新体制完善和创新文化浓厚等条件才能成为创新型城市。
In this paper, through researching cases of construction of innovative cities, the authors analyzed conditions of innovative cities and features of each period. Finally, the auflaors put forward the conditions of being innovative cities, which including aggregation of innovation, improvement of innovation ability, perfection of innovation system and considerable culture.
