摘要 先进复合材料以其高比强度、高比刚度的特性、显著的减重效益及良好的成型工艺性,逐渐成为小型无人飞机的主体材料。复合材料容易实现整体固化成形,机械连接少,而小型无人机载荷小,结构形式相对简单,一般用玻璃纤维复合材料就能满足设计要求。本文对小型无人飞机复合材料典型结构形式进行了详细分析,可为小型无人飞机采用复合材料结构设计提供参考。 The advanced composite material gradually becomes the minitype unpiloted aircraft main body material with its high specific intensity, high specific rigidity, prominent weight-reducing benefit and favorable molding process performance. The composite material can easily realize integral solidification molding, less mechanical joint, and the minitype unpiloted aircraft has small load and relatively simple structure, normally, the fiberglass composite material can satisfy the design requirement. This paper will analyze the minitype unpiloted aircraft composite material typical structure form in detail, so as to provide reference to the minitype unpiloted aircraft adopting composite material for structure design.
