摘要
通过分析研究钛合金新型阳极氧化溶液浓度、电流密度、电压、频率、占空比、溶液温度、处理时间、阴阳极面积比、搅拌强度等工艺参数对钛合金阳极氧化工艺影响规律,正交优化选取最佳配方及参数,获得了新型钛合金阳极氧化工艺实验室最佳溶液配方和工艺参数。
After analysis on the influence rule of technological parameters of titanium alloy anodization, such as solution concentration, current density, voltage, frequency, duty ratio, solution temperature, process time, area ratio between cathode and anode, agitation strength of new-style Titanium alloy anodization, the optimum prescription and parameters are obtained by orthogonal optimization, and the optimum solution prescription and technological param-eter for new-style titanium alloy anodization in lab are achieved.
