摘要
目的探讨高压氧综合治疗对急性脊髓损伤的疗效。方法回顾性分析我院骨科自2010年1～12月共收治的87例急性脊髓损伤患者的临床治疗,所有患者在年龄、性别、受伤部位、伤情等方面无显著性差异。按高压氧治疗与否分为高压氧治疗组(HBO组)44例和非高压氧治疗组(NHBO组)43例,NHBO组只采用常规外科治疗,HBO组在常规外科治疗的基础上给予高压氧治疗,按美国脊髓损伤协会(American Spine InjuryAssociation,ASIA)评分标准评价其临床疗效。结果高压氧治疗组总有效率为88.6%,非高压氧治疗组总有效率为62.8%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组间ASIA伤损分级感觉及运动平面恢复差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),HBO组疗效优于NHBO组。结论高压氧综合治疗脊髓损伤是一种安全、有效的治疗手段,及早正确的高压氧治疗能有效促进脊髓功能恢复、缩短治疗时间,降低致残率,明显提高患者的生活质量。
[ Objective ] To evaluate the effect of hyperbaric oxygen （HBO） treatment of functional recovery in patients with spinal cord injury. [Methods] Eighty-seven patients with spinal cord injury were recruited in our hospital from January to December in 2010 and divided into HBO group （44 cases） and the control group （43 cases）. The control group was treated with only routine surgical treatment, while the HBO group on the basis of routine surgical treatment, together with HBO therapy. There was no difference between two groups in mean age, classification of injury and method of operation. The effects were assessed by the American Spine Injury Association （ASIA）. [ Results ] The total effective rate of functional recovery on HBO group was 88.6% and the control group was 62.8%. The clinical effect of HBO group was significantly higher than that of the NHBO group （P 〈0.05）; There were significance differences in the scores of sensory and motor of ASIA; The effect of the HBO group is better than the NHBO group （P 〈0.05）. [ Conclusion] The use of combined HBO with the clinical routine surgical treatment on spinal cord injury can promote functional recovery, markedly increase efficiency, shorten the treatment time and reduce the induced disability rate.
