摘要
本文分析了中国企业近几年实施的跨国并购中文化整合失败的原因,并结合我国的实际提出了相应的文化整合对策,以期为我国企业跨国并购中的文化整合提供有益的参考。
This paper mainly discusses the implementation of Chinese enterprises in recent years, according to the case study meth- od to analyze the cross-boarder mergers and acquistitions(M&A). Study the detail analysise TCL and LENOVO combined with corporate culture of Denison model. Associate the two companies in the M&A failure and successful experience the difference between enterprise culture and enterprise culture construction deficiencies and advantages baswed on the model to the reality of our coun6try puts forward corresponding cuhural integration proposal. Hope to provide useful reference for Chinese enterprises and transnational cuhureal integra- tion activities.
