摘要
目的:详细介绍妊娠期疾病病历管理系统的特点和整体设计,从妇产科专业角度对病历的编辑和使用进行规范化、标准化、智能化设计。方法:在病历数据库中灵活的进行数据的存储和访问,特别是病历统计管理理念的引入,利用过滤条件的设置可方便的对病历库进行检索,使符合条件的病历从数据库中导出。结果:该系统在北京妇产医院试用2年,节省了医生填写和访问病例的时间,为科研工作提供了大量的病例信息。结论:本文病历库的数据格式可以与SPSS统计软件无缝连接,为临床科研提供客观、严谨的数据支持。
Objective： This paper is based on the need of clinical, which can export clinical data from the pregnancy disease management system. Methods： This system was developed based on Delphi development environment, flexible use of database principles and management of the medical record database access. Results： It provides statistical software SPSS data interface,which can provide abundant medical information for clinical research. Conclusion： After clinical test we verify that this system can regulate the doctor＇s operation process, give instructional suggestions for doctors and provide massive real data for clinical researchers.
