摘要
本文用示踪纤维的方法,观察和分析了缝制针织物时针织线圈的变形和受损概率.通过研制缝针测力传感器,动态测定针织物缝针穿刺阻力及实验统计分析,得出缝针穿刺阻力与针织物容针空间密切相关,与缝针截面大小呈显著的线性正比关系的结论.
This paper analyses the deformation and the damage probability of knitted fabrics during sewing by means of the 'tracer fiber' method. After dynamically determining the needle penetration force of knitted fabrics by the sewing needle sensor and a subsequent data analysis, some useful results are obtained as follows:1. The penetration force is significantly interrelated to the space of needle capacify of loop.2. The linear correlation between the penetration force and the size of sewing needle section is evident.
