摘要介绍菲律宾社会移民文化的含义与历史渊源,分析菲律宾社会以海外劳务输出为核心的移民文化的形成、内涵、成因以及在推动菲律宾海外劳务输出中的作用,并提出中国海外劳务输出特别是海员劳务外派的对策。
