摘要
悬挂系统是车辆底盘系统结构中最重要的一部分,其运动性能严重影响着车辆运动的优越性。文章针对无人车提出了一种新型的独立悬挂系统:首先利用PRO/E强大的三维参数化设计功能,设计出满足无人车性能要求的悬挂系统;然后在ADAMS/VIEW环境下利用参数化点建立仿真模型;最后在仿真曲线中分析轮胎侧向位移、外倾角、拉杆系各向位移变化,验证了无人车独立悬挂系统满足底盘系统结构以及运动性能的要求。
The suspension system, of which moving performance influent the moving performance of the vehicle to a great extent, is the most important part of the vehicle chassis system. This article presents a new type of independent suspension system according to the unmanned ground vehicle. First of all, designing the desirable suspension system bases on the three dimensional parametric design function of PRO/E. And then, the simulation model is established through the parametric points in ADAMS/VIEW. At last, confirming the structure and the moving performance of the independent suspension system of the unmanned ground vehicle is desirable through the analysis of the simulation curves of the lateral displacement of tire, camber angle, displacement of each direction of the rod.
