摘要
目前,我国饭店管理专业决策管理课程结构尚未形成体系,缺乏仿真环境的实践教学、缺乏具有职业规划的课程设置。通过对国外相关理论与实践案例的研究表明,优化饭店管理专业决策管理类课程结构,应借鉴121课程群分法,将饭店决策管理理论体系提炼成三大课程系列、五大模块,以《饭店经营与管理》为主轴,构建集战略环境决策方法、管理艺术、管理方法于一体的决策管理类课程,创新人才培养模式,以更好地服务于产业发展需要。
Currently,no curriculum structure system has been formed concerning the decision-making management courses,which fall short of simulated learning and career-planning curriculum.Studying on relative theories and cases,the author finds that to optimize decision-making management courses,ideas should be borrowed from One-Two-One course grouping method,refining those theories into three course series and five modules,centering on Hotel Operation and Management,integrating strategic environment decision-making methods with management art and management approaches to innovate personnel training models and meet the demand of industry development.
