摘要
介绍了新研制的盘辊式破碎机的结构及其工作原理,并深入分析了破碎机的特点,详细阐述了辊子和动力盘的结构及设计方法。粉碎试验结果显示,盘辊式破碎机可以实现大破碎比,产量高,为选矿粉磨流程中多碎少磨的实现提供了一种新型设备。
The structure and work principle of a novel plate-roller crusher was inlroduced, and main features were analyzed. The structure and design method of roller and driving plate were described in detail. Comminution results showed that the crusher has large crushing ratio and high output. The plate-roller crusher was a suitable equipment to realize more crushing and less grinding during mineral comminution process.
