摘要
采用PLC为核心控制部件设计了一条集破碎、给料和输送等设备于一体的自动控制生产线。在了解矿山破碎给料输送系统的设备组成和工艺流程的基础上,根据控制要求对系统的硬件选型进行了合理配置,并采用主程序调用子程序的方式进行了软件设计。为了减少控制系统的外部干扰,采取了一些抗干扰措施。实践证实改进后的自动控制系统运行平稳,安全可靠,生产效率可达80%以上,矿石年产量提高了40%。
The paper designed a production line integrating crushing, feeding and conveyance, PLC serving as its core control component. After the equipment combination and technical process of the system being provided, reasonable configuration of system hardware was offered according to control requirements, and the software was designed by means of main program calling subroutines. Furthermore, some anti-interference measures were taken in order to reduce the external interference of the control system. Practice showed that the improved automatic control system operated stably, safely and reliably, the productivity reached 80%, and annual yield increased by 40%.
