摘要
目的探讨氟马西尼对丙泊酚的拮抗作用。方法 102例采用丙泊酚维持麻醉的手术患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,术后观察组给予3mg的氟马西尼静脉注射,对照组给予等量生理盐水。结果观察组反应性、语音、面部表情和眼睛OAA/S评分达到4分的时间均显著短于对照组(均P<0.01)。结论氟马西尼对于丙泊酚具有明显的拮抗作用,但还需要进一步的研究。
Objective To explore the antagonism of Flumazenil used for Propofol. Methods 102 cases of surgery patients with maintenance anesthesia of Propofol as studied object were randomly divided into observation group and control group. After surgery, observation group was given intravenous injection of Flumazenil （3rag）, and control group was given same amount of normal saline. Results The time of OAA / S score reaching 4 in observation group were significantly less than in control group（ including reaction, voice, countenance and eyes, all P〈0.01）. Conclusion Flumazenil have effective antagonism on Propofol, but still need more study.
