摘要
通过将中温煤沥青在400—450℃下进行聚合可以得到中间相炭微球(MCMB),但由于中温煤沥青中含有喹啉不溶物(QI),MCMB在生成过程中QI会附着在MCMB表面,造成MCMB表面粗糙,进而影响了MCMB的电化学性能。通过在中温煤沥青中添加表面活性剂可以有效降低MCMB表面能,减少QI的附着,提高MCMB表面光滑度,从而提高了MCMB的电化学性能。
Mesocarbon Microbeads (MCMB) were prepared from medium coal-tar pitch at 400~450 ~C. However, the Quinoline- Insoluble (QI) contents in coal-tar pitch will be adhered on the surface of MCMB during the chemical process, which will deteriorate the electrochemical performance of MCMB as anode material for lithium-ion batteries. Ionic-surfactant as additive in coal-tar pitch can lower the surface-energy of MCMB and decrease the adhesion of QI. Therefore, the smoothness of surface and electrochemical performance of MCMB were improved effectively.
