摘要
目的探讨妇科腹腔镜手术常见并发症及其预防和护理方法,降低并发症的发生率,提高护理效率。方法回顾性分析2009年3月～2011年3月在笔者所在医院妇科行腹腔镜手术治疗的1711例患者的临床资料,统计并发症的发生率,并总结预防和护理经验。结果观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(x2=2.694,P<0.05)。继发疼痛、盆腔出血、低氧血症和高碳酸血、皮下气肿和继发感染是妇科腹腔镜手术最常见的并发症。结论有效的预防和护理措施是降低妇科腹腔镜手术并发症发生率、保证患者康复的关键。
Objective To explore the gynecology laparoscopic surgery common complications and prevention and care method to reduce the incidence of complications,improve nursing efficiency.Methods Retrospective analysis March 2009 to March 2011 in our hospital laparoscopic surgical treatment of gynaecology the clinical data of 1 711 patients,statistics,and sums up the incidence of complications in prevention and nursing experience.Results The observation group,the group was lower incidences of complications between comparative differences are statistically significant（x 2 =2.694,P0.05）.Secondary pain,pelvic cavity hemorrhage,hypoxia and high carbonated blood,subcutaneous emphysema and secondary infection gynaecology is the most common complication of laparoscopic surgery.Conclusion Effective prevention and nursing measures is to reduce gynecological laparoscopic surgery complications,guarantee the key patients recover.
