摘要
以企业联盟组合为研究对象,本研究采用多案例比较的研究方法,探讨企业如何设计和管理联盟组合来支持其长期战略目标的实现。首先,基于伙伴竞争性、资源冗余性和关系紧密性三个维度,提出联盟组合配置战略的分析框架;其次,结合案例分析了联盟组合配置战略对组织创新的不同作用,强调企业应基于各个阶段的战略目标动态地配置联盟组合,从而发挥联盟组合的最优绩效;同时,指出尽管拥有稀缺资源、地位斐然的跨国大型企业往往被视为理想的潜在合作伙伴,但是我国企业在与之建立联盟之前必须审慎评估合作的利弊,并利用联盟组合配置战略达到战略合作的目的。
This paper adopts multiple - case study approach to explore how firms design and manage their alliance portfolio to success- fully support its long - term strategic goals. Based upon case studies of four Chinese car manufactures' international alliance portfolio, we identify three configuration dimensions, i.e. inter - firm competition, resource redundancy and relational closeness, discuses the functions of configuration strategies to firm' s innovative performance. We also suggest that although resource advantage and predomi- nant position have often made the multinational firms the ideal alliance partners, local firms must carefully assess the associated benefits and costs, and utilize alliance portfolio through configuration strategies.
