摘要
医学技术日新月异,护理风险也逐日增多,因此加强护理风险管理至关重要。文章通过护理隐患查找制度的建立和实施,并将查找的隐患运用PDCA循环法,在降低护理不良事件的发生、减少患者投诉,保障患者的生命安全,提高护理人员对风险的识别和应对能力,提高护理质量和患者满意度等具有重要作用,是一种值得推广和使用的护理安全管理方法。
With the rapid development of medical technology,nursing risk has also increased,enhancing the nurse care and risk management is essential.Through establishment and implementation of hidden trouble finding system and PDCA Management,to find the risks and the use of PDCA cycle method,reducing the incidence of nurse care adverse events,reducing patients complaints,to protect the safety of patients,improving the ability of nursing staff to identify and responding of risk capacity,this method is an important role to improve quality of care and patient satisfaction,and also is a worthy use of nurse care and safety management.
