摘要
从《儿童权利公约》的角度,对《儿童权利公约》的基本概述、未成年人犯罪前科消灭制度的基本理论、我国对于未成年人犯罪前科消灭制度的实施、我国实施未成年人犯罪前科消灭制度面临的困难以及我国实施未成年人前科消灭制度的设想等方面展开深入的研究。
This paper illustrates the fundamental contents of the Convention of Children＇s Rights,the theories concerning the elimination of records for juvenile offence,China＇s practice in this field,the problems in China＇s context,and some suggestions for China＇s initiatives in this regard.
