预测乳腺癌放疗获益风险相关基因的生物信息学分析 被引量:1

Bioinformatrcs Analysis of Related Genes on Prediction of Radiosensitivity in Breast Cancer

摘要 [目的]通过检索相关数据库得到有关基因,以预测乳腺癌放疗敏感性和副反应及并发症。[方法]利用文献计量学及生物信息学分析方法,即利用STRING、GATHER、GODAG、Cytoscape、CentiScape等软件对检索出的基因进行功能分类与研究。[结果]共纳入文献34篇,涉及与乳腺癌放疗相关基因共44个,44个放疗相关基因共涉及不同分级的分类366类,同时为关键基因和瓶颈基因的包括BRCA1和TP53。[结论]目前已发现部分与放疗敏感性和副反应及并发症相关的基因,仍需更深入研究及证实。
