摘要 本文根据数理统计理论,提出了量测系统误差方差估计与修正的理论与算法,提高了状态估计的质量并可对量测系统的运行进行监视。 The traditional method to determine the measurement error variance is static in nature, while the 'real' variance value can not be obtained.It is known that the measurement error can not be measured indirectly usually, but the measurement residual can be obtained by state estimation, which involves the information about the measurement error. Therefore, the error variance can be estimated and updated using the statistic of the residual variance-residual sample variance. This method is dynamic in nature, which can estimate and update the error variance on-line according to the measurement system actural operation condition.In this paper, the theory and algorithm of the on-line estimation and update of measurement error variance in power system state estimation are presented which is based on the relation between the residual variance and error variance. The residual variance is. estimated with the residual sample variance and the error variance is obtained by solving the residual sample variance equation. The statistical properties of the sample variance are discussed and the relation between the estimation precision and sample size under given confidence level is deriyed.The on-line estimation and update of measurement error variance can provide the state estimation with accurate weight to improve the quality of state estimation calculation and the ability to detect and identify bad data and to monitor the operation of measurement system.
