摘要
目的建立HPLC法检测红花注射液中金橙Ⅱ的含量。方法色谱柱为Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18,流动相为乙腈-0.025mol.L-1磷酸二氢钾溶液(40∶60),流速为0.8mL.min-1,检测波长为484nm,进样量为20μL。结果金橙Ⅱ检测浓度的线性范围为2.41~48.16μg.mL-1(r=1.0000);平均加样回收率为99.69%,RSD为0.57%(n=9)。结论本方法简便、快速、准确,可用于红花注射液中金橙Ⅱ的检测。
Objective To establish HPLC method for determination of orangeⅡ in Honghua Injection.Methods The determination was performed on Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18.The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-0.025mol·L-1 potassium dihydrogen phosphate solution at a flow rate of 0.8mL·min-1.The UV detection wavelength was set at 484nm and the sample size was 20μL.Results The linear range of orangeⅡ was 2.41~48.16μg·mL-1(r=1.0000).The average recovery was 99.69% and RSD was 0.57%(n=9).Conclusion The established method is simple,rapid and accurate,and suitable for the determination of orangeⅡ in Honghua Injection.
