摘要
从高校图书馆服务科学发展的角度对高校图书馆新馆员参与式培训进行了分析,重点阐述了新馆员参与式培训的策略,包括培训原则、人物分析、培训计划制定、培训方法选择等,并探讨了新馆员参与式培训评价的相关内容。
From the angle of scientific development of university library's service, this paper analyzes university library's participatory training for the new librarians, focusing on the strategies for participatory training for the newlibrarians including the training principle, figure analyzing, training plan making and training method selecting, etc., and probes into some contents related to the evaluation on participatory training for the new librarians.
