摘要
分析了目前温孟滩河段防护工程运行和管理的现状,并从防洪安全、工程安全管理、社会经济发展的角度论述了该工程的重要作用。温孟滩河段还存在着发生大洪水的可能性,河势变化和防护堤隐患也影响着防洪安全。因此,综合考虑温孟滩河段实际工程地质和泥沙水文条件、主要堤防加固措施的适应条件,认为该工程堤防适宜的加固措施有放淤固堤和修建防渗墙两种。
The operation and management of flood protection project in Wenmengtan reach were analysed, and the important role of the project was discussed in the aspects of flood control, safety management, and socio-economic development. The occurrence of the flood is possible in Wen- mengtan reach, and change of river regime and hidden troubles of flood protection dike also affect flood control security. Therefore, the main dike reinforcement measures were considered through the actual engineering geology and hydrological conditions of Wenmengtan reach.
