摘要
为了了解大庆湿地动态变化状况,基于遥感技术(RS)和地理信息系统(GIS)平台,以2007年SPOT5影像和LandsatTM遥感图像为基础数据源,结合1986年和2001年数据资料,分析了近20年大庆湿地面积的时空演变过程以及景观动态度分析。结果表明,目前大庆湿地存在严重问题,面积萎缩、景观破碎化加剧、污染日益严重,保护和合理的开发利用湿地资源是大庆可持续发展战略的重要任务之一。针对其现状,从建立稳定生态系统、保障生态用水、实行湿地修复工程和加大法律法规执行力度4个方面提出可行对策,为有效地保护大庆湿地资源、增强湿地功能提出了科学依据。
In order to understand the dynamic changes in the state of the Daqing wetland, the author based on the platform of the remote sensing technology (RS) and the geographic information systems (GIS), took the SPOT 5 image in 2007 and the Landsat TM remote sensing image as a basic data source, combined the data in 1986 and 2001, analysed the time space evolution process and dynamic analysis of landscape of the Daqing wetland area nearly 20 years. The results showed the Daqing wetland had serious problems, shrinking, landscape fragmentation intensifies, more serious pollution, so the protection and reasonable development and utilization of wetland resources in Daqing was one of the important tasks of sustainable development strategy. According to the situation, the author put forward feasible countermeasures from 4 aspects: the establishment of a stable ecosystem, the protection of ecologic.al .water using, the implementation of wetland restoration project and the increasing of the law enforcement, and presented a scientific basis to protect the Daqing wetland resources and enhanced the wetland function.
