摘要
采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了ZrO2-SiO2-Al2O3复合载体,并用共浸渍法制备负载型MoP/ZrO2-SiO2-Al2O3催化剂,通过原位还原技术对催化剂进行还原处理后,在连续固定床反应器上,以柴油为原料考察了催化剂的加氢脱硫活性。结果表明,ZrO2、SiO2和Al2O3的摩尔比对催化剂的活性有很大的影响,当nZr/nSi/nAl为1/1/4时,催化剂的加氢脱硫效果最好;助剂Ni的加入对催化剂加氢脱硫活性的促进作用比较明显,助剂Ni的质量分数为6%时,催化剂表现出较高的催化活性,脱硫率达97.96%。
The ZrO2-SiO2-Al2O3 composite support was prepared by sol-gel method,and then the MoP/ZrO2-SiO2-Al2O3 catalyst was gained in the way of co-impregnation,after in-situ reduction,the hydrodesulfurization activity of the catalyst was reviewed in the fixed bed reactor,with the diesel as the material.The result showed that the hydrodesulfurization activity of the MoP/ZrO2-SiO2-Al2O3 catalyst reached the best HDS activity when the ratio of nZr/nSi/nAl was 1/1/4,promoter Ni could enhance the HDS activity of MoP/ZrO2-SiO2-Al2O3,when the addition of Ni under 6%(mass fraction),the catalyst exhibited the higher HDS activity,with desulfurization rate of 97.96%.
